Corporate Secretary

Job Description

  • Manage all corporate legal and administrative documents (deeds, permits, agreements).
  • Prepare agendas, invitations, and minutes of board meetings and partner meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations (OJK, Kemenkumham, taxation, etc.).
  • Draft and archive corporate resolutions, circulars, and other corporate documents.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with notaries, legal counsel, and regulators.
  • Ensure KYC, AML, and ethics protocols are upheld across all portfolio engagements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Corporate Secretary, Legal Officer, or in Compliance — preferably in financial services, investment, or fiduciary industries.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, partnership structures, and OJK regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Notarial Studies, or related field.

  • Comfortable with data, basic SQL, and analytics tools.

  • Maintain a healthy deal pipeline and provide regular progress reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, VC, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Strong network across Indonesian real-sector industries and capital markets.
  • Sound commercial and financial judgment; comfortable with valuation and deal structuring fundamentals.
  • Persuasive yet principled — builds trust before pitching.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus, not a requirement.
