Corporate Secretary

- Manage all corporate legal and administrative documents (deeds, permits, agreements).
- Prepare agendas, invitations, and minutes of board meetings and partner meetings.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations (OJK, Kemenkumham, taxation, etc.).
- Draft and archive corporate resolutions, circulars, and other corporate documents.
- Serve as the primary liaison with notaries, legal counsel, and regulators.
- Ensure KYC, AML, and ethics protocols are upheld across all portfolio engagements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Corporate Secretary, Legal Officer, or in Compliance — preferably in financial services, investment, or fiduciary industries.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, partnership structures, and OJK regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Notarial Studies, or related field.
